i recorded a lovely video for you about how life is going... but i tried to upload it and it does not work. I tried like 3 times.. and each time i let it load for like more than an hour, but no succes... and one time it went like 2.5 hours and then it said, "upload failed..." so i guess theres gonna be no homemade videos on this blog! sorry...
so anyways lifes still moving forward. met a south african nanny today... and i helped a lost english speaker at a train station. I felt pretty cool telling him what train to take and when to get off! haha, it was great! and then i had someone to chat with for the 10 minutes before my train left! I love english speaking strangers... and people who are also travelling and get just as confused as i do by the crazy unorganized public transportation system here!
I'm home alone for the weekend! no kids, no parents, just me and my holland home. Its a pretty weird feeling that tonight i'll be sleeping in a house all alone so far away from anyone i know. Its kinda wierd becaues if i loose my cell phone, or keys this weekend I have no where to go... except i do know one of davids friends who live near here... and i could always go to my lovely anglican church! haha, lets hope the keys stay tucket in my purse's front pocket... and my phone sticks close by too!
