I just thought i'd let you all in on a little accomplishment. I am running. Consistently.
you may think whats the big deal? lots of people run regularily... BUT... I DONT. I usually make these great running plans or exercise schedules for the week but they last maybe 5 days and i'm done with it... this one has already lasted almost 3 weeks. The hard part is that my schedule will be derastically changing in a few days so where will my running fit? who knows yet...
but i do plan do keep up somewhat of a routine... even if it switches from five days on two days off... to everyother day or only 3 times a week or something like that. We will have to see how 'settling' goes.
